We offer flexible access to bespoke advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether that is a general enquiry from a registered manager on a busy Monday morning, or a concerned member of staff in the middle of their medicines round on a Saturday evening.
Policy or SOP Review
When it comes to managing medicines safely, a providers first port of call should always be a robust policy or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), something that the CQC will always seek for assurance. We offer a variety of solutions to take the pain of keeping policies and SOPs up to date away, including:
- ‘One-off’ reviews of existing policies and SOPs
- Annual policy review and refresh
- Completely new policy or bespoke SOP creation (e.g., covert administration of medicines)
Staff Training
Whether you are a large care home or a small, supported living provider, we recognise through experience that looking after your staff, and ensuring they are supported, is always one of your key priorities. - Monthly On-Site Visits providing audits, guidance and ‘floor-walking’

- Meeting Attendance: Representation at clinical MDTs or governance/quality meetings with Local Authority partners
